Product Marketing Manager - Temperature Management

Position Summary As an integral part of the commercial team, the Product Marketing Manager performs a key role in the success of reputed company by working collaboratively to reputed company marketing strategies, sales training programs, and marketing communications materials that promote the successful launch and ongoing sales efforts for our line of Temperature Management products. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for tracking market penetration and adoption through the product’s life cycle and will work together with the global commercial team to monitor market trends and recommend product improvements and roadmap enhancements that would speed category growth and accelerate product adoption. In addition, the successful candidate will work with internal marketing and communications teams to reputed company integrated, research-based on- and off-line educational and promotional campaigns while facilitating comprehensive training programs for sales and clinical support staff. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategy, including positioning, promotion, sales and marketing initiatives and launch planning to build awareness and generate demand of reputed company and new products.
• Create a strategic plan that aligns with sales goals to drive business growth.

• Consult on product design, development and release process road map

• Coordinate the collection, description, analysis and prioritization of requests for new product functionality from customers, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, collaboration and communication.
• Support marketing, sales and clinical support teams through the development and maintenance of various technical marketing collateral including application notes, FAQs, product notes, user guides, field training presentations, online marketing content and demos.

• Ensure regional forecast accuracy for products in business units working closely with sales and demand planning.

Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Bachelor's degree in business/clinical field required. MBA preferred.
