Job Title Terraform Expert - Specialty Cloud Engineer (SCE) Location(s) Chicago, IL (Remote) Role Overview We are seeking a Terraform Expert - Specialty Cloud Engineer (SCE) with strong experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud automation, and scalable platform engineering. The role will focus on designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure using Terraform across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and maintain Terraform modules and reusable IaC frameworks.
• Automate provisioning of cloud infrastructure (compute, networking, storage, IAM).
• Build and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines integrating Terraform for deployments.
• Implement infrastructure state management (remote backends, locking mechanisms).
• Collaborate with DevOps, reputed company, and application teams to reputed company cloud-native architectures.
• Ensure reputed company, compliance, and governance through policy-as-code and best practices.
• Optimize infrastructure for cost, performance, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and provide operational support.
• Drive IaC standardization and promote reusable architecture patterns. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years in cloud engineering / DevOps / platform engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform (advanced level).
• Experience with at least one cloud platform GCP.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, reputed company Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, IAM, and reputed company best practices.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Experience with version control systems (Git).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes (GKE/EKS/AKS) and containerized deployments.
• Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Relevant certifications (Terraform Associate, Cloud Architect, DevOps Engineer).
