Shopify Developer to Build Subscription-Based Store from Scratch (Long-Term)

I'm launching a subscription-based ecommerce brand and need a Shopify expert who can both build the store AND help me think through the entire launch strategy from A to Z. This is not a "here's a reputed company file, go build it" reputed company of project. I need someone who can sit in both seats consulting on the right decisions (platform choices, subscription tools, payment processors, checkout optimization) while also executing the build at a high level.Here's the situation I have a product and an idea. I also have a proven reference store that's already performing well in this space. You'll get full access to study it.
