What you will be working with As a Support Agent in the Community team at Tiptapp, you will possess a thorough knowledge of every aspect of the app and a deep understanding of its functionality to best serve our users. Your primary role will involve responding to incoming messages from our users through our email support and chat platforms, where you will also need to liaise with both advertisers and helpers. It's crucial that you guide our users in the right direction and ensure their questions are answered in a friendly, professional, and informative manner. Fluent in Swedish and English (other languages are a bonus!) Experience in customer support is a strong advantage, but not a requirement — we highly value personality, curiosity, and a get-things-done attitude.
