The Opportunity: Provider Customer Service Representative

We're seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join reputed company as Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representatives. Key Responsibilities

As a Provider Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll serve as the primary reputed company for healthcare providers, ensuring they have the information and support needed to care for our members effectively. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve provider issues and concerns
• Supporting providers through multiple communication channels, including phone calls and reputed company chat
• Quickly and appropriately triaging contacts from reputed company, including physician offices, clinics, and billing offices
• Understanding and addressing provider needs reputed company to benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, clinical authorizations, explanation of benefits (EOB), and behavioral health
• Researching and resolving reputed company prior authorization and claim issues to prevent repeat contacts, escalations, and provider dissatisfaction
• Collaborating effectively with internal partners to ensure timely resolution and thorough communication
• Mastering multitasking skills to navigate more than 30 different systems to extract necessary information

Qualifications & Requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 1+ year of customer service experience with a proven track record of analyzing and resolving customer concerns

• Typing speed of 35-40+ WPM with 90% accuracy
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work any full-time (40 hours/week), 8-hour shift between 10:35 AM - 7:05 PM CST, Monday through Friday
