The Opportunity: Data Analyst II

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst II to join our dynamic Data Ventures/reputed company Improvement team. This position represents a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data, technology, and business strategy, where your analytical expertise will directly impact product development initiatives and business outcomes across arenaflex's digital platforms.

While this role is not remote and requires in-office reputed company 3 days per week, we're specifically considering candidates local to Bentonville, AR or Dallas, TX who can work onsite. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst II on our Data Ventures team, you'll be instrumental in interpreting and analyzing data that drives arenaflex's strategic initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Research, collect, and analyze customer data, transforming raw information into actionable insights that inform business decisions
• Design and reputed company client-driven dashboards that capture key performance indicators, providing product teams with critical insights for strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with various Data Ventures teams, leveraging your analytical expertise alongside theirs to analyze, evaluate, and provide insights about arenaflex's customers that drive our business strategies
• Partner with stakeholders across arenaflex Digital Citizenship, arenaflex Global Tech, and product teams to promote the ethical and responsible use of data and technology
• reputed company new data products by providing them with accurate, high-quality data that powers their functionality and value
• Improve product efficiency by focusing on data optimization to reduce costs while maintaining or enhancing performance
• Ensure the safety and reputed company of arenaflex's data assets, helping our customers succeed through reliable, trustworthy information
• Collaborate with business and product partners to solve challenging business problems and identify trends and opportunities
• Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation to see beyond the numbers and deliver meaningful insights
• Define and evaluate key performance metrics for new product launches
• Create data visualizations to monitor and measure the impact of product initiatives and address unique business challenges
• Identify new metrics to help improve key financial data insights, understanding root causes for changes in measurements
• Conduct exploratory data analysis including hypothesis testing, statistical inference, and quantitative analysis
• Collaborate with data stewards and data engineering teams to gather and process correct information from various sources
• Work effectively cross-functionally and communicate data and insights to non-technical leadership teams

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or reputed company field
• OR 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or reputed company field

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field
• Experience in the retail or finance industry sectors
• Successful completion of assessments in data analytics and Business Intelligence tools and scripting languages (such as SQL, Python, Spark, reputed company, R, Power BI, or Tableau)
• Strong experimental data analysis skills and ability to create analytical, data-driven recommendations and solutions
• Experience with languages used to manipulate data and draw insights from large datasets (SQL, Python, Presto, etc.)
• Strong storytelling experience with data visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools
• Experience with data quality tools like reputed company DataPlex (reputed company Data Quality or reputed company Data Management or reputed company InfoSphere Data Server)
• Experience with quality testing using Selenium, Cucumber, or reputed company
• Experience building multi-reputed company ETL jobs/data pipelines and working with job scheduling systems

• Experience working with Data Modeling (E-R) and strong BI concepts
• Understanding of statistics and machine learning models
• Persuasive, engaging oral and written communication skills with ability to build strong, effective relationships
