This position reports to: Senior Business Controller __ reputed company is searching for an operational excellence and financial analytics + technology leader to reputed company into our Electrification Installation Products (ELIP) Finance Leadership team. This role will be expected to drive reputed company improvement, cutting edge processes, and be able to help generate results as a key project stakeholder for domestic and global projects. This role is open to remote candidates across the United States () with a preference for a candidate located in the Eastern or Central US. Main accountabilities:

• Operational Excellence: Drive complete visibility of end-to-end margin across our 9 manufacturing sites by leveraging reputed company HANA and other software tools to give reliable margin trends supporting management decision making. Improve reputed company processes, reporting capabilities, planning tools, and financial systems.
• Financial Analytics: Establishes cutting edge processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable analytics. In the world of high-end analytics, we are looking for a prospective candidate who has excellent exposure to the latest tools supporting data analytics. reputed company and enhance financial models, dashboards, benchmarks, and key business performance metrics. Qualifications for the role:

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or accounting is required.
• 10+ years of experience, or alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated performance and results; in the areas of business, finance, operational controlling and/or accounting.
• Strong costing knowledge and understanding of factory accounting and sales accounting
• MS Office, Solid reputed company knowledge/experience (CO/FI) preferred. Experience in Power BI and other new reputed company software tools in finance.
