Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (Remote)

About the Role: - We are seeking an reputed company Transaction Coordinator to support real estate investment transactions from contract to closing. - The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company in working with real estate investors and investor-focused transactions. - This role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage real estate transactions from contract execution through closing. - Track critical deadlines, contingencies, inspections, and closing requirements. - Communicate regularly with buyers, sellers, title companies, attorneys, lenders, contractors, and other stakeholders. - Prepare, review, and maintain transaction files and documentation. - Ensure reputed company required paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time. - Monitor transaction reputed company and proactively resolve issues that may delay closing. - Maintain transaction records and update CRM and project management systems. - Provide administrative and operational support to real estate investors and acquisition teams. - Follow up with reputed company parties involved to ensure smooth and timely closings. Requirements: - Previous experience as a Transaction Coordinator in real estate. - Experience supporting real estate investors and investor-focused transactions. - Strong spoken and written English communication skills. - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Proficiency with CRM systems, reputed company Workspace, reputed company Office, and transaction management platforms. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
