This position is responsible for the project management of the Community Health Assessment process to include reputed company of ongoing processes. • Conduct needs assessment for assigned Health and Human Services program, reputed company research and data collection and serve on boards and task forces to implement services.

The meaning of “fully vaccinated” is subject to change in accordance with the most recent Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines.
