Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Transcriptionist to work remotely. As a Legal Transcriptionist, you will be responsible for accurately transcribing and editing legal hearings and drafts from digital recordings. Key Responsibilities

• Accurate Verbatim Transcription Transcribe and edit legal hearings and drafts from digital recordings with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meeting Deadlines Meet specific deadlines for completion of transcripts, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
• Quality Control Review and edit transcripts for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
• Communication Effectively communicate with clients and team members to clarify transcription requirements and resolve any issues.
• Confidentiality Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Essential Qualifications

• Typing Speed Minimum typing speed of 65 words per minute (wpm) with a minimum accuracy of 95%.
• Language Proficiency Proficiency in the English language with a good ear for foreign/regional accents.
