Human Services of Faribault and Martin Counties is seeking applicants for a full-time (40 hours per week) Planner (Human Services)- Public Health Assessment & Surveillance Coordinator position. The 2026 pay range is $30.91-$42.04, entry salary range is $30.91- $33.72. While this is a remote position, applicant must reside reputed company 2 hours of the regional center (Mankato, MN) to ensure ability to attend regular in-person meetings reputed company the South Central region. This position offers the opportunity to supervise and mentor student interns, collaborate with university partners, and contribute to a strong academic–public health pipeline.
