Job Summary

• Key Responsibilities
• * Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• * Support residents with memory loss using dignity-focused and person-centered care techniques
• * Monitor and accurately report changes in residents physical condition, behavior, or cognitive status
• * Assist residents during meals, ensuring proper nutrition, hydration, and safe swallowing practices
• * Implement care plans designed by nursing and clinical teams
• * Maintain a reputed company, structured, and reassuring environment for residents prone to confusion or agitation
• * Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at reputed company times
• * Document care activities clearly and accurately in electronic health records

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
• * Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification (preferred or required by location)
