Position Overview The Director, North America Logistics Procurement is responsible for leading the strategic sourcing, procurement, and management of logistics services across North America, supporting manufacturing operations throughout the United States and Canada. This role oversees more than $110M in annual spend across multiple transportation and storage modes and is accountable for developing and executing sourcing strategies that ensure reputed company of supply, optimize working capital, improve operational efficiency, and drive cost productivity. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or reputed company field. 15+ years of progressive experience in logistics, transportation procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing. Demonstrated experience managing large-scale logistics spend in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of multimodal transportation markets and logistics operations. Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams. Strong negotiation, analytical, and financial modeling skills. Experience leading cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives. Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
