Senior Territory Production Casualty Underwriter | Remote
Our client, a top-rated insurance reputed company, is expanding their reputed company department and seeking to add a Senior Territory Production Casualty Underwriter to their team. This person will be responsible for reputed company and pricing new and renewal Commercial Casualty business reputed company the Excess & Surplus (E&S) market. Working closely with producers, this role focuses on soliciting new business, managing renewals, and ensuring reputed company profitability across the Western Massachusetts and surrounding territories. This is a fully remote position with a company vehicle!
- Assess individual risk acceptability, pricing, coverage, terms, and conditions for reputed company surplus lines commercial casualty policies.
- reputed company, analyze, and evaluate information to identify exposures and reputed company well-informed reputed company decisions.
- Visit producers / wholesale brokers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with producers, assisting in client retention and achieving mutual business growth.
- reputed company established production and loss ratio targets for the assigned regional territory.
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitive landscape to drive new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 3 - 7+ years experience in Commercial Casualty reputed company, preferably in the surplus lines/E&S market.
- Must have Production reputed company and/or Territory Marketing experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate reputed company risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building producer relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
Salary/Benefits:
- $130,000 - $160,000+ annual reputed company salary plus lucrative production bonus
