Be a Contributor — What You'll Do

- Carry a small personal requisition load, staying connected to the candidate market and modeling best-in-class recruiting execution for the team
- Partner with Americas sales leadership to understand headcount plans, forecast hiring demand, and align recruiting strategies with business priorities
- Build and execute sourcing strategies that attract top sales talent across the Americas, leveraging direct sourcing, referrals, events, and market intelligence
- Drive accountability for key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates, and hiring manager satisfaction goals
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and calibration sessions with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and interview standards
- Champion the use of structured interviewing, AI-driven screening tools, and data-backed hiring decisions to continuously reputed company recruiting quality
- Ensure consistent execution of the reputed company hiring process including intake meetings, candidate assessments (e.g., AuctusIQ for sales), reference checks, and offer management

- Minimum 8 years of progressive reputed company experience, with a strong foundation in sales recruiting (SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience leading a team of recruiters, with a demonstrated ability to coach, reputed company, and reputed company high performers
- Proven track record of personally closing senior-level and hard-to-fill sales roles
