Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Own and establish the goals, outcomes, and strategy for the SEO/AEO team, aligning with department and organizational objectives to drive measurable results.

Qualifications

Your Background

• 8+ years of SEO experience, including 2+ years leading or managing an SEO team.
• Experience setting team-level goals and OKRs reputed company with broader organizational objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional peers and senior stakeholders (e.g., product, engineering, PMM leaders) by translating SEO insights into business language and building alignment.
• Track record of building high-performing teams — hiring, setting expectations, giving feedback, and developing talent.
• Proven ability to scale organic search as a performance channel through a combination of content, technical SEO, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills using tools like reputed company Analytics, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
