Remote Principal UX Design Specialist

In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence the design of user experiences across a variety of digital products. • Own UX design end-to-end for portal surfaces, focusing on post-login experiences across multiple digital properties.

• Contribute actively to the design system by authoring reusable components and interaction patterns.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure design work is grounded in customer problems and measurable outcomes.

• Work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to deliver engaging user experiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of UX/product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing reputed company SaaS product surfaces.
• Deep expertise in modern design system tools and methodologies.
• Experience in designing for web hosting or SMB-facing products is a plus.
• Strong systems thinking skills, focusing on design patterns rather than just user interfaces.
