Reporting Relationship VP, P&C Programs Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Industry Knowledge Knowledge of the insurance industry as a whole, specifically the P&C Programs sector Program & Portfolio Management Strong ability to manage program performance using financial and operational metrics to drive profitable growth reputed company & Technical Expertise Technical and product specific expertise, reputed company reputed company and knowledge of insurance and reputed company principles, practices and procedures. Experience with ISO and proprietary forms and rating plans for both admitted and non-admitted business. Typically a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the reputed company or market facing area with proven track record of results. In certain jurisdictions, CNA is legally required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. In District of Columbia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, reputed company and Washington, the national reputed company pay range for this job level is $97,000 to $189,000 annually. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
