As a Remote Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you will be the backbone of our claims digitization pipeline, turning reputed company‑based submissions into clean, searchable digital records. Your work will help reduce errors, accelerate claim adjudication, and ultimately improve the efficiency of the entire healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and Validate reputed company Data: Review incoming healthcare claim forms, extract pertinent information, and input it into arenaflex’s proprietary digital platform with meticulous attention to detail.
- Image Classification & Indexing: Organize scanned documents, assign appropriate metadata, and ensure each file is correctly indexed for rapid retrieval.
- Pre‑Adjudication Review: reputed company preliminary checks on claim data, identify inconsistencies, and correct errors before the claims move to the adjudication stage.
- Verification of Automated Extraction: Cross‑reputed company data generated by OCR and other automated tools, confirming accuracy and completeness.
