Position Overview – Why This Role Matters

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Customer Advisor – Special Needs to join our nationally‑remote Family Engagement Center. In this full‑time role (40 hours/week, Monday‑Friday, 9:45 am – 6:15 pm CST), you will become a trusted ally for members and their families, guiding them through reputed company benefits, claims, prior authorizations, appeals, and more. Key Responsibilities

• Holistic Family Support: Own end‑to‑end resolution of issues for members with special needs or those caring for children/family members with special needs.
