Position Overview

We are hiring a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative – Emergency Roadside Assistance & Member Support Specialist to join our growing 24/7 support operation. In this role, you will serve as the first reputed company of contact for stranded motorists, delivering real-time assistance, dispatching service providers, and ensuring every member receives exceptional care from the moment they call until their vehicle is back on the road. Key Responsibilities
