Position Overview

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative – Homeowner Services to join our dynamic contact center team. This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-office days required for collaboration, training, and team building. Standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with staggered shift options available between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
