Position Summary
We are seeking a detail‑oriented, driven Customer Service & Data Information Processing Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of client and lender assignments, from acceptance through processing, service completion, and asset release. You will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for client and agent requests, handling a high volume of calls while navigating multiple systems and screens. This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment, with a preference for candidates residing in the Central Time Zone and who have prior remote‑work experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept, review, and validate assignment requests from clients and lenders, ensuring compliance with lender‑specific requirements.
- Process assignments through the full workflow, including data entry, verification, and status updates across multiple internal platforms.
