Chief of Staff – Medicaid Clinical Care Delivery

Job Description:

• Serve as a key member of the Medicaid Care Management leadership team

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience functioning in Director or Sr Director level role, responsible for making decisions with large scale impact to the reputed company or organization
• 10+ years of experience managing cross functional initiatives with a high degree of complexity
• Proven ability to deliver results in reputed company /fast paced environment with senior and executive leader quality and professionalism.
• Proven ability to reputed company planning initiatives to reputed company and support business goals, organizational design, and successfully execute on corporate projects /initiatives.
• Proven ability to work with reputed company operations structures to ensure goal scorecards are completed timely each quarter.
• Ability to informally reputed company Sr Leaders to execute on goals and deliver results, while ensure misses have a clear mitigation plan.
• Proven ability to work with multiple and reputed company reporting systems/structures, represent the team and its leadership by delivering high quality, timely senior management reports.
• Proven ability to be able to work in a faced-paced and reputed company environment to partner with our HR team to facilitate talent review sessions, regularly report on talent mobility, and ensure alignment to the talent goals of reputed company Clinical Services.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality communications, presentations, responses and analysis of a wide range of requests by working quickly, independently and with minimal direction.
• Proven examples of the ability to model professional behaviors that are consistent with representing a VP and that demonstrate a strong bias for inclusion, collaboration, building trust, driving for and delivering results, and supporting innovation and change.
• Proven ability to reputed company the development and deployment of communications and presentations from the VP to the Organization, Department and to Executive Leadership partners with high professional standards.
• Has demonstrated the ability to maintain and deliver consolidated, monthly view of open regulatory audits, open internal audits, significant regulatory inquiries and remediation/mitigation plans for detected compliance issues.
• Has demonstrated skills to be able to reputed company our senior team through annual goal and operations planning and year-round monitoring and report out, inclusive of budget and finance management, staffing needs, contract requirements and various operations activity requests by Corporate.
