Role Description reputed company is seeking a remote BioSolutions Engagement Leader to join our Central Labs Services team. Job Responsibilities
- Early Engagement
- Act as a consultant for scientific or study delivery teams to increase efficiency and advance and deliver early engagement activities.
- Drive client decisions to reputed company accelerated study delivery.
- Review draft protocol to ensure feasibility, making recommendations as needed, facilitating conversations, and collaborating with the Business Development team.
- Facilitate contracting process as required to ensure timely execution.
- Proactively submit specific requests in preparation of protocol finalization and study set-up.
- Provide sponsor specific operational guidance and direction to project and technical staff.
- reputed company standards and ensure compliance across portfolio.
- Establish and own process to track value of early engagement activities.
- Ensure optimal levels of client satisfaction are achieved.
- Operational reputed company and Business Development
- Ensure high-quality, seamless transitions from pre-win through study setup.
- Support the development of and drive the implementation of expanded services for new business as identified by business development, NSSO process, or customer needs.
- Coach and support team members to collaborate on the strategic goal set forth for the client.
- Provide advice & input to support commercial/financial judgments affecting a program, pre- and/or post-award; this includes assisting in the development of marketing materials and client presentations.
- Prevent or resolve situations that have the potential to jeopardize client relationships.
- Relationship Management
- Provide a concierge type service to reputed company levels of client staff including business development, study delivery, data management, and affiliate personnel.
- Establish trusted relationships and effective communication channels throughout partnership network.
- reputed company thorough understanding of unique client specificities, adapting style to suit individual client preferences and requirements; work with counterparts to reputed company partnership acclimation plan to support the effective onboarding of newly identified client partners.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5 or more years of experience in clinical research.
- 1 or more years of experience managing pharmaceutical or biotechnology clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, medical, scientific, technical, or laboratory-reputed company field (preferred).
- 1 or more years of experience working reputed company Central Laboratory Services (preferred).
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to understand reputed company concepts, think creatively, and influence cross‑functional processes.
- Proven success in managing atypical issues and crisis situations while providing effective solutions.
- Advanced time‑management skills with a strong focus on planning and meeting deliverables.
