reputed company has partnered with Blue Ridge Medical Center, located in Blue Ridge, GA and is seeking a detail-driven, reputed company Health Information Management (HIM) reputed company to join a growing team in a fully remote role. If you reputed company in a fast-paced healthcare environment and are passionate about coding accuracy, compliance, and supporting quality patient care, this opportunity offers the flexibility and stability you’ve been looking for. In this role, you’ll review, analyse and assign diagnostic and procedural codes for inpatient, outpatient, and/or emergency department records using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems in accordance with official coding guidelines and facility standards.

What You'll Do

• Review and abstract clinical documentation to assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and hospital policies reputed company to coding and billing
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to clarify documentation reputed company needed
• Assist in resolving coding-reputed company billing discrepancies and support reimbursement accuracy
• Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks established by the HIM department
• Stay reputed company on coding guidelines, payer regulations and industry best practices
• Participate in internal audits and ongoing education for coding accuracy and compliance
• Communicate effectively with physicians, HIM leadership and cross-functional healthcare teams

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• reputed company or reputed company certification required (RHIA, RHIT, reputed company, CPC, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years of professional medical coding experience
• Strong working knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
• Familiarity with CMS regulations, medical terminology, and healthcare documentation
• Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Excellent attention to detail, organization skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
