We specialise in supporting young people (16 - 17) year olds who may face challenges with learning disabilities such as: Mild to Moderate Autism Diagnosis Learning disabilities Job Title: Support Worker - 16-17 Years Olds (Weekends Only) Responsibilities and Outcomes Skills / Experience Essential: Key Responsibilities: 1. Assessing reputed company needs through robust Support Planning and Risk Assessments and obtaining necessary information from other agencies. 2.
