Transaction Coordinator

Description Relocation Today is an innovative entrepreneurial Global Mobility Management supplier providing comprehensive coordination and execution of relocation services to corporations across the world. We bring a high tech / high touch solution to those we serve – Every Day! We are seeking a licensed real estate professional to support transaction coordination and operation file management. This role combines administrative execution, transaction management, marketing support, and client-facing real estate activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable supporting multiple active transactions while also assisting with buyer showings, open houses, and marketing initiatives. Approximately 60% Transaction Coordination 40% Agent Support & Real Estate Operations Key Responsibilities Transaction Coordination (60%) Own the real estate referral process on home sale, purchase and rentals Track referral and transaction documentation from placement through closing Negotiate, monitor and collect referral fees Maintain accurate and compliant transaction files reputed company orders, process reports and communicate with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, inspector, appraisers and vendors throughout the transaction process Administer lump sum and candidate benefits Licensed Agent Support (40%) Enter listings and transaction data into MLS Maintain MLS accuracy and compliance Prepare reputed company, disclosures, addendums, and listing documents Track signatures and ensure complete documentation Assist with buyer showings and open houses as needed Respond to buyer and seller inquiries Follow up with leads Create newsletters and digital marketing Assist with digital marketing campaigns and online reputed company management Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling Maintain CRM systems and client databases Qualifications Active Minnesota Real Estate License required 2+ years of transaction coordination, agent support, real estate operations or relocation management experience preferred Working knowledge of MLS systems and real estate reputed company Strong drive, organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and client service abilities Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Proficient with technology, CRM systems, and marketing tools Ideal Candidate Detail-oriented and dependable Comfortable balancing administrative and client-facing responsibilities Proactive and solution-oriented Strong follow-through and accountability Professional, adaptable, and driven Able to self-teach systems and utilize AI Interested in both operations and real estate sales support This would NOT be a good fit for A licensed agent who wants to actively sell real estate. This role is meant to provide support for a full-time agent plus support for relocation staff, along with directly managing an active caseload of relocation referral files.
