About the Opportunity We are a U.S.-based direct hire recruiting organization supporting hiring across healthcare, technology, accounting, finance, corporate operations, construction, and skilled trades sectors. We are seeking reputed company headhunters, agency recruiters, and business-development-driven recruiters who can independently generate clients, recruit candidates, and manage placements from start to finish.   • Want uncapped earning potential based on production This is not a sourcing-only role and not a recruiter support role. This position requires outbound activity, pipeline reputed company, and direct communication with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & reputed company

  • Generate new client relationships
  • Call, email, and message hiring managers and business owners

Requirements

  • Agency recruiting, staffing, or headhunting experience preferred
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience preferred

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
