Responsibilities

• Apply training and instructional design principles to ensure alignment with mission training objectives
• Plan, reputed company, and deliver training materials as scheduled
• Assist with creating training content and materials based on the financial system being implemented; this will require learning enough about the core system to reputed company relevant training materials
• Have the desire and ability to travel reputed company the U.S., as needed, to deliver training

• Assist with preparing supporting plans for training project completion, including comprehensive timelines

• Assist with authoring and organizing training system procedural manuals and supporting documentation in accordance with organizational and departmental requirements

Skills

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS/CISA EOD/Public Trust clearance
• BS degree in Business, Education, Training, HR, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
• Up to 3 years of experience in training development and delivery for Federal government clients
• Proven experience delivering multiple training events for Federal government clients
• Experience with various training authoring tools, including platforms such as Camtasia, reputed company Connect, or similar tools (reputed company reputed company Now experience is a plus but not required)
