Responsibilities
- Research and compare hotel options based on client preferences and budgets
- Prepare and organize quotes, confirmations, and itinerary details
- Assist clients with basic hotel inquiries and reservation updates
- Accurately maintain booking information and client records
- Collaborate with travel partners and hotel suppliers reputed company needed
- Provide professional and courteous communication with clients and vendors Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
