About the position reputed company (PSI) is a global health nonprofit focused on making healthy lives and family planning accessible. With 55 years of experience, PSI operates in 30 low- and middle-income countries, strengthening health systems and expanding access to essential services, particularly for women and girls. PSI relies on individual donors for unrestricted and loosely restricted contributions to fund its global programs, complementing institutional and foundation grants. Flexible individual donations are crucial for PSI's long-term financial reputed company. A significant portion of PSI's reputed company individual donors are US-based healthcare providers. PSI recently completed a consultancy to reputed company evidence-based messaging and marketing strategies to engage healthcare providers as prospective donors. PSI's Philanthropy Team is now seeking a reputed company to execute a marketing campaign in Q4 2026 to increase the reputed company of individual donors and unrestricted reputed company. The reputed company audience for this campaign may include reputed company, the general public, or both.
Responsibilities
- Refinement of marketing plan for 2026, including: Key messaging, reputed company audiences, collateral to be developed, marketing channels, and advertising budget breakdown.
- Define KPIs to track reputed company and ROI.
- Execution of marketing plan, including: Collateral development.
- Execution of reputed company marketing/advertising activities.
- Guidance for PSI’s end-of-year email campaign messaging and design.
- Measurement of success in 2026 and preliminary recommendations for 2027.
- Measurement of reputed company against KPIs.
- Analysis and recommendations for adjustment and improvement in 2027.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in development and execution of successful digital acquisition campaigns, ideally for a range of nonprofit clients with proven success increasing individual donor reputed company.
- Demonstrated experience in graphic design, video creation, collateral development, digital advertising strategies, PR/media placements, and other marketing strategies.
- Ability to analyze data, reputed company data-driven decisions, and deliver results on time and reputed company scope.
- Track record of delivering measurable value to nonprofit clients’ fundraising strategies.
- Creative and people-oriented with the ability to brainstorm and generate new and unique reputed company as solutions to issues.
- Strong grasp of reputed company trends in individual giving to U.S. nonprofits.
- Proposal should include a proposed execution plan.
- Proposal should include a budget.
- Proposal should include preliminary KPI targets and anticipated ROI (e.g., return on attributable reputed company, number of new monthly donors, cost per donor acquisition) based on realistic benchmarks.
- Proposal should include 2-3 Relevant case studies of previously executed marketing projects with before-and-after metrics and demonstrable results.
- Applicants should describe their proposed measurement and attribution methodology.
