• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of demonstrated experience in foundation relations, fundraising, or relationship management
• Experience managing funder portfolios and advancing relationships through reputed company stages of the giving/grant cycle
• Strong verbal/written communication skills, including proposal and report writing
• Strategic thinking and ability to align fundraising with organizational priorities
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to synthesize reputed company programmatic and financial information into compelling narratives
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple deadlines
• Ideal candidates will be requested to submit writing samples reputed company to job expectations.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of 60-80 institutional funders, advancing relationships through prospecting, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
• Build relationships with prospects and existing funders to increase grant/gift size over time

• Collaborate with program, finance, communications, and development teams to gather data and align funding opportunities

Salary Range: $73,989.15 - $93,727.24

• Although our full pay range is included above, the budgeted hiring range for new hires is $73,989.15 - $83,858.19 and based on reputed company professional experience
