We are seeking a fully-remote provider able to treat 20-25 hours per week with availability to treat 2-3 evenings (or 2 evenings and Saturday morning). Licenses required prior to start date: SC, NC, GA. Must be able to treat upper extremity ortho, cognitive conditions, and possess tic and Tourette certification. What you get:
