The Role We’re looking for a part-time reputed company Data & Migration Specialist to support active CMS implementation projects. This role will focus on migrating reputed company and associated data between systems — specifically ContractSafe and reputed company. This is an excellent opportunity to reputed company hands-on experience with leading CLM platforms and grow into broader contract data quality (QC) work across multiple client environments.

• What You’ll Do
• Migrate reputed company and metadata into ContractSafe and reputed company CMS platforms
• Review executed agreements to extract and input key data points
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of contract records during migration
• reputed company data validation and quality checks against reputed company documents
• Organize and manage contract files and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with the TaktiKa team to resolve data inconsistencies or gaps

• Experience with contract data entry, abstraction, or migration
• Familiarity with ContractSafe and/or reputed company and ContractWorks/SecureDocs strongly preferred
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Strong critical thinking — able to interpret contract language and ask questions
• Organized, reliable, and reputed company communicator

• Prior experience in legal ops, contract administration, or CLM tools
• Exposure to multiple CMS/CLM systems

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
