[Remote] Senior Recruiter

They are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for their Revenue and Product & Engineering teams, focusing on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for our Revenue and Product & Engineering organizations, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
- Partner closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand their team's needs and provide strategic guidance on hiring
- Utilize Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter and other tech to manage your pipeline, track progress, and report on key metrics
- Act as a brand ambassador for Extend, effectively communicating our mission, values, and culture
- Maintain a fast-paced, results-oriented approach to recruiting, consistently meeting and exceeding hiring goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor to candidates, proactively keeping them engaged and "warm" throughout the recruiting process
- May support other roles and departments as needed based on bandwidth
Skills
- 8-10 years of experience recruiting for start-ups in the tech industry, with a strong focus on Revenue and Product & Engineering hiring
- Expertise in developing and executing effective sourcing strategies and direct candidate outreach
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Demonstrated ability to work with and advise executives on hiring decisions and talent strategy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships
- A track record of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience
