They are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to assist customers with orders, answer questions, and resolve concerns through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers over phone, email and live chat with orders and problem-solve
  • Work within our computer system to place and research customer orders, as well as document conversations and actions
  • Pitch in where needed to drive a positive customer experience

Skills

  • Experience in a call center, but not necessary
  • Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
  • Good communication skills
  • Pro-active and take a positive approach in problem solving
  • Take ownership for your customers
  • Commitment to learn about our processes
  • Ability to help customers over phone, email and live chat with orders and problem-solve
  • Ability to work within our computer system to place and research customer orders, as well as document conversations and actions
  • Ability to pitch in where needed to drive a positive customer experience
  • Access to a minimum speed connection internet for remote work
  • Ability to work in a distraction-free environment if remote
  • Experience shopping online
  • Automotive restoration experience, it's a plus
