They are seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing & Content Coordinator to help turn real business stories into engaging content, focusing on content creation, social media management, and marketing design.

Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
  • Add captions, graphics, transitions, and branding
  • Repurpose long-form videos into multiple pieces of content
  • Organize and maintain a content library
  • Schedule and publish content
  • Create graphics using Canva
  • Write captions and post copy
  • Help maintain a content calendar
  • Track engagement and performance
  • Create case studies
  • Design one-page marketing materials
  • Develop event flyers and promotional graphics
  • Create presentation slides and sales collateral
  • Assist with direct mail campaigns
  • Promote webinars, networking events, and speaking engagements
  • Capture and repurpose event content
  • Create post-event recaps and highlight reels

Skills

  • Strong Canva skills
  • Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar video editing software
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organized and dependable
  • Comfortable learning new technology
  • Photography or videography experience
  • Social media management experience
  • Graphic design experience
  • Experience with LinkedIn content
  • Experience creating content for business owners or professional services firms
