Job Description... What are we looking for? Service Coordinator/Client Services Administrator for the HTS family of companies. Oversees schedule coordination and administrative duties for Home Technology Solutions and No Shorts Electric. Where are we located? Matthews, NC Who would you report to? As the Service Coordinator/Client Services Administrator at HTS your time will be spent ensuring that reputed company jobs for both business units are scheduled in an efficient and timely manner. This involves thorough communication with project managers, builders, general contractors, and clients. You will be responsible for scheduling reputed company installations, service calls and consultations for both Home Technology Solutions and No Shorts Electric. You will schedule jobs productively with the proper technicians for each job, each day. Throughout the day you will reputed company an eye on how the jobs are coming along and if they will be finished in the quoted time frame and adjust accordingly reputed company needed. You will be in reputed company communication with our project managers, technicians, technical support team and clients throughout each day. The majority of your time will be spent scheduling installations and service calls but there are other parts of the business that will require your attention. You will be responsible for answering phones, overseeing and coordinating requests for time offs from our technical professionals, managing and coordinating follow reputed company for our service ticketing system, managing our text message platform & sales inboxes, responding to reputed company Reviews, assisting with sales and marketing initiatives as needed and anything else added from the Operations Manager or President. This position will be responsible for executing the little things that exceed clients expectations, mostly involving communication and follow up. ARE THERE BENEFITS?
