[Remote] UI/UX Designer

They are looking for a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, data-rich interfaces and collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features
- Analyze industrial workflows to build simple, effective interfaces
- Maintain and scale our UI design system
- Conduct validation tests using clickable prototypes
- Work with product and engineering team members to ensure design feasibility
Skills
- 4+ years of B2B enterprise software or data tool design
- Strong examples of data visualization and complex user workflows
- Expert-level Figma skills (variables, components, prototyping)
- Empathetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a remote environment
- Experience designing for AI-native interfaces is highly valued
