ManageCasa Inc. is a fast-growing SaaS company providing modern Property Management Software for HOA and Rental Property Management companies across the United States. They are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to drive sales, build relationships, and help customers find better software solutions. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations with qualified prospects
  • Understand customer pain points, business objectives, and operational challenges
  • Present ManageCasa's value proposition and demonstrate how our platform helps property management companies operate more efficiently
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Build strong relationships with HOA management companies, community associations, rental property managers, and real estate operators
  • Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, webinars, trade shows, and outbound activities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and accurately forecast revenue
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers
  • Educate prospects on industry best practices and technology solutions
  • Help prospects evaluate software options and guide them through the migration process
  • Effectively handle objections and competitive comparisons
  • Communicate the value of ManageCasa's AI capabilities, automation tools, accounting features, and customer support
  • Partner closely with SDRs to maximize lead conversion and pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams
  • Provide customer feedback and market intelligence to support product development and positioning
  • Participate in trade shows, webinars, industry associations, and networking events
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in HubSpot CRM
  • Track sales activities and ensure opportunities move through the sales pipeline efficiently
  • Prepare weekly pipeline updates and sales forecasts

Skills

  • 3+ years of successful SaaS sales experience in an Account Executive, Closing Sales, or Business Development role
  • Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle and close software deals
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions with consultative sales methodologies
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following: Property Management Software, HOA Management Software, Community Association Management, Real Estate Technology, Accounting Software, Business Process Automation Software
  • Experience selling to HOA management companies and community associations
  • Experience selling Rental Property Management Software
  • Familiarity with trust accounting, homeowner dues, maintenance workflows, resident communication, and community operations
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth SaaS company
  • Formal sales training in SPIN, Challenger, Sandler, MEDDIC, or similar methodologies
  • Experience selling AI-powered software solutions
