[Remote] Payor Analyst

The role involves turning complex data into actionable insights, supporting payer access strategies, and managing multiple high-impact workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Turn claims and pricing data into insights that drive access and revenue growth
- Support and evolve payer access strategies across partner sites
- Build clear, compelling deliverables for internal leaders, clients, and payer partners
- Own and manage multiple high-impact workstreams simultaneously
- Partner cross-functionally to execute initiatives and solve complex, ambiguous problems
Skills
- Experience in financial analysis, consulting, or healthcare analytics
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas; VBA a plus)
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into action
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Clear communication and strong collaboration skills
- Exposure to healthcare, pharmacy, or payer ecosystems
