[Remote] ServiceNow HRSD Technical Consultant

Cygnus Professionals Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Technical Consultant responsible for designing and developing solutions within ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and Employee Center. The role involves translating functional requirements into technical configurations and ensuring integration with external systems.
Responsibilities
- Configure & build HR solutions in ServiceNow HRSD and Employee Center (forms, catalog items, workflows)
- Automate HR processes such as case routing, approvals, and task management
- Enhance the Employee Center experience (portal layout, navigation, action items)
- Develop integrations with external systems for Employee Center tasks dashboard (e.g. SuccessFactors, CSOD, Concur)
- Manage HR data and platform setup (tables, fields, security data integrity)
- Support testing and deployments, including issue resolution
- Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams
