Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield is a health insurance company seeking a Technical Analyst to deliver system and data analysis for Payment Integrity clinical editing. The role involves collaborating with internal and external teams to coordinate data collection, analyze software programs, and recommend new tools or platforms to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze gaps and document analysis conducted on software programs, applications, infrastructure and systems and services
  • Collaborates with internal departments and end users with the pre-defined scope
  • Collects data and conducts analysis for system and enhancement through collaboration with organizational teams
  • Drives implementation of changes for application, system, Infrastructure and services to meet organization needs
  • Coordinate and facilitate activities related to evaluate and recommend new tools or platforms or services to achieve organization goal

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience
  • 3 years relevant system/technical analysis
  • Ability to motivate self and foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile execution
  • Knowledge of system or analysis methods and evaluation criteria
  • Knowledge of application development, application/data architecture, Infrastructure, systems and processes
  • Knowledge of system analysis tools and techniques
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-based environment
  • Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence
  • Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without Sponsorship
