[Remote] Prisma Browser Domain Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Palo Alto Networks is dedicated to protecting the digital way of life through innovative cybersecurity solutions. The Prisma Browser Domain Consultant will work closely with sales partners to build relationships with customers, advising them on the value of the Enterprise Browser and helping to detect and prevent cyber threats. This role involves providing technical support, training, and feedback to the product management team based on customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers working with Sales Specialists and the local partners
• Identify and document specific problems with prospective and current customers which can be solved through the deployment of integrated solutions
• Architect and propose validated solutions which address the identified problems in each individual environment
• Delivering presentations/demonstrations to prospective and current clients, PoC (Proof of Concept), RFP/RFI response
• Ensure ongoing customer happiness, support, and adoption
• Continuous self-improvement and learning to maintain technical leadership of applicable technologies (data center, SDN, public cloud, security, networking, etc.)
• Understand and effectively differentiate against our top competitors
• Act as the customer advocate for any issues that require technical assistance and follow up with the customer until the issue is resolved

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience required
• Willing to travel up to 50%
• Proven experience in a pre-sales role selling into large enterprise organizations
• Extensive experience in selling technical Cyber Security products and ability to engage in high-level technical discussions
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex multivariate problems and find a systematic approach to gain a quick resolution
• Strong communication skills and presentation skills
• Ambitious attitude
