[Remote] Program Manager

Signature Performance, Inc. is dedicated to improving the health of their clients' business and lowering healthcare administrative costs for federal government agencies, payers, and providers. They are seeking a Program Manager who will oversee program execution across multiple healthcare initiatives, develop project management plans, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and alignment with program goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall program oversight and coordination across Community Care Network Next Generation, Veteran Family Member Programs, and Payer EDI initiatives, ensuring alignment of schedules, testing readiness, and implementation activities
- Develop, maintain, and update the Contractor Project Management Plan (CPMP), including project schedules, milestones, risks, and resource planning
- Lead program execution activities, including planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing out projects supporting healthcare system modernization
- Coordinate across VA stakeholders and OIT teams to manage requirements tracking, schedule updates, and implementation dependencies
- Monitor program performance using metrics, risk tracking, and issue escalation processes, ensuring alignment to program goals and objectives
Skills
- 10 years of experience in healthcare payer program management
- A master's degree and experience relevant to the listed responsibilities including planning, initiating, managing, executing and closing out programs in support of an integrated Health Care System
- A current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- A minimum of six years' experience supporting a large corporation or government agency
