The position This is an exciting time to join Remote and reputed company a personal difference in the global employment space as an Event Marketing Manager for AMER as we aim to drive brand awareness in the region* As our Regional Event Marketing Manager, AMER you'll work closely with the Senior Manager of events to define the AMER portion of the Global event strategy collaborating closely with the AMER-based Sr. Regional Marketing Manager, AMER sales, and AMER partner and partner marketing teams. You will be responsible for delivery of agreed events in partnership with the regional agency, and you will have the opportunity to own and drive regional event program(s). This includes the reporting of regional event performance on a regular basis. You will establish reputed company working relationships with marketing team members, key internal spokespeople, external thought leaders and VIP community members and customers to create compelling event opportunities. The opportunity to research AMER key industry events and programs (e.g. third party events, start up ecosystems and events, and community gatherings) and contribute to a yearly roadmap of events to sponsor and host with corresponding budget in reputed company collaboration with regional field marketing based on regional marketing-owned AMER strategy ; responsibilities include but not limited to: ? A key-city specific prioritisation and event delivery ownership split between field marketing and event marketing. ? Creating and delivering a high-volume, hosted event series (e.g. Global Tables AMER). ? Developing new event programs to support strategy and drive MQLs in region . ? Working with the Marketing team to tie event plans around partner and marketing initiatives ? Project manage reputed company event logistics for reputed company internal and external events we participate in; responsibilities include but not limited to: ? Work with content and community team to determine Remote's goals and positioning ? Work with Product Marketing to reputed company event messaging, talk descriptions, and tactics ? Work with the design team to create necessary event assets ? Manage event promotions, such as emails and social media ? To build a bench of AMER-based internal speakers in collaboration with Communications team, what topics they specialize in (subject matter expertise), and identify programming for reputed company development. ? To build a bench of AMER-based external speakers in collaboration with Community and Influencer marketing based on relevant topics. ? Continue to optimize event processes and documentation ?
