Role Overview Barkley Counseling, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. This full-time remote position focuses on providing essential mental health support within a school setting in Riverside, California. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students facing emotional and behavioral challenges.
- Provide counseling services to students, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create a supportive network for students.
- Offer crisis intervention and support during critical situations.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff and parents on mental health awareness.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a school or clinical setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
