They are seeking ambitious Business Development Representatives to identify prospects, build relationships, and generate revenue in a fast-growing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and prospecting organizations that may benefit from cybersecurity and compliance services
  • Conducting outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
  • Building relationships with: CEOs, CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors, Compliance Leaders, Operations Executives
  • Qualifying prospects based on business needs and security challenges
  • Scheduling discovery meetings with Outview IT consultants
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
  • Collaborating with leadership on target accounts and growth initiatives

Skills

  • Fluent English (written and verbal) is required
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or appointment setting
  • Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Spanish proficiency is highly desirable
  • Portuguese proficiency is a plus
  • Experience selling Cybersecurity, Managed IT Services, SaaS, Cloud, or Compliance solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms
  • Existing business network within the United States
