They are seeking a Hybrid Licensed Insurance Agent to assist clients in understanding their Medicare options and guide them through the enrollment process while providing support and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Educating clients: Provide clear explanations and guidance on the client's Medicare Options. Help them understand their options and make informed decisions about their coverage
- Plan selection: Assist clients in choosing the most suitable plan based on their specific healthcare needs. This involves a thorough understanding of the different plan options, including their benefits, and coverage limits
- Application assistance: Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring the accurate completion of applications and submissions. This ensures that clients successfully enroll in the chosen plan
- Client support: Address inquiries and resolve issues related to specific plan benefits, doctor, and medication look-up
- Compliance adherence: Stay updated with the latest changes in regulations and ensure strict adherence to guidelines
Skills
- Previous experience in health insurance, specifically with Medicare plans, is highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial
